Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Free trial — nothing to refund
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required upfront, so no charge is made and there is nothing to refund. If you don't pick a plan after the trial, your workspace simply enters read-only mode.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for — your team keeps full access until then. We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of a cancelled subscription.
After cancellation your data remains exportable per our Privacy Policy and data-retention commitments.
3. Downgrades
Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the difference between plan prices for the remainder of a period already paid.
4. When we DO refund
We issue refunds in these situations:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — charged twice for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation: refunded in full.
- Genuine product failure — the Service was materially unusable for a sustained period and support could not resolve it: reviewed case-by-case; write to us within 7 days of the charge.
- Material adverse changes — if we change our terms in a way that materially reduces what you paid for and you cancel before the change takes effect, we refund the unused portion of the paid period pro-rata.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay. After we approve a refund, Razorpay typically credits it within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a little longer to reflect it).
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from an email address on your workspace, with your workspace name and the payment reference (from your Razorpay receipt or Settings → Billing → invoices). We respond within 3 business days.
