What to report here

Use this channel for abuse of the Rebaar platform, such as:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messages sent through Rebaar (WhatsApp or email)
  • Fraud, fake invoicing, or other illegal activity
  • Illegal, infringing, or harmful content stored in a Rebaar workspace
  • Attempts to access another customer's workspace or data (cross-tenant abuse)
  • Harassment, threats, or impersonation
  • Phishing or deceptive content that references the Rebaar brand

What to include

The more detail you give, the faster we can act. Where possible, include:

  • What happened, and why you think it breaks our rules
  • Evidence — the offending message, a screenshot, email headers, a link, or the invoice / payment reference involved
  • When it happened (date and rough time, with timezone)
  • How to reach you for follow-up, if you'd like a reply

You can report anonymously, but leaving contact details lets us ask clarifying questions and tell you the outcome.

What happens next

  • Acknowledgement — we aim to confirm receipt within 2 business days.
  • Triage — we assess severity. Imminent harm (active fraud, an ongoing attack, illegal content, risk to other customers) is handled immediately and can lead to instant suspension of the offending workspace.
  • Action — depending on findings, we warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate the workspace, per our Acceptable Use Policy. Every action is audit-logged.
  • Privacy— we protect reporter identity where we can and only share what's needed to investigate or as required by law.

If you are in immediate danger

Rebaar is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate physical danger, contact your local authorities first (police: 112 in India), then report the misuse to us so we can act on our side.
