About Rebaar

India's small and mid-size construction firms — contractors, builders, architects, interior designers — run crores of project value on tools that were never built for them. The BOQ lives in a spreadsheet, the site photos live in WhatsApp groups, the invoices live in a billing app, attendance lives in a notebook, and nobody knows a project's real margin until months after handover. Industry studies put the leakage at 8–15% of project value — lost in the gaps between those tools.

Rebaar is one workspace that closes those gaps: quotation → BOQ → purchase orders → goods receipts → vendor bills → client billing (with GST e-invoicing) → payroll → the books. When everything is recorded where the work happens, the P&L is a report you open, not a project you commission.

Rebaar is a founder-led, bootstrapped Indian company, built in Bengaluru and launched in FY 2026-27 with its first customers onboarded. No venture funding, no sales offices — which is also why the price is flat per workspace instead of per user.

Being small cuts both ways, and we'd rather say so ourselves: you get answers from the people who built the product (usually within hours), and the product iterates fast. In exchange, there's no field team that visits your office. We keep daily off-site backups and a code escrow as insurance, and everything you enter can be exported at any time — your data is never held hostage.
