GST-native from day one
e-Way Bill software for construction material movements
Generate the e-Way Bill EBN for steel, cement and aggregate moves the moment the delivery note is raised — Part-B vehicle details, transporter ID, distance, extend and cancel — using your own NIC / GSP credentials.

Every construction material movement of ₹50,000 or more needs an e-Way Bill — and that threshold is turnover-independent, so it applies to a one-truck builder and a large contractor alike. Miss it and the consignment can be detained. Rebaar generates the e-Way Bill from inside the delivery / invoice flow so the EBN travels with the goods, not as an afterthought at the checkpoint.
What you actually get
Generate the EBN from the delivery note
Vehicle number, transporter ID, distance, from / to — Rebaar builds the payload and, with your NIC / GSP credentials connected, POSTs to the portal and stores the signed EBN with its validity window on the record.
Part-B vehicle updates & trans-shipment
Change of conveyance mid-transit? Update the Part-B vehicle number against the same EBN — no fresh bill, no detention risk for a mismatched vehicle.
Extend, cancel, reject — the full lifecycle
Extend validity when a delivery is delayed, cancel within the allowed window, reject an inbound EBN raised against you. The NIC time windows are surfaced so you don't miss them.
Consolidated e-Way Bill
Multiple consignments on one vehicle? Generate a single consolidated e-Way Bill so the driver carries one document, not ten.
The ₹50,000 rule, flagged for you
Rebaar flags when a movement crosses the ₹50,000 threshold that triggers the requirement (turnover-independent; some states allow up to ₹1,00,000 intra-state). No guessing whether this one needs a bill.
Bring your own NIC / GSP credentials
Connect your own NIC or GSP account — no per-document fee from Rebaar, no pooled keys. Validated end-to-end against a live GSP sandbox. Without credentials, Rebaar computes a local hash so dev / testing never blocks — and a dev EBN can never move real goods.
Tied to the invoice and inventory
The e-Way Bill references the same invoice and material issue, so consignment quantities and values reconcile against your books and stock automatically.
Audit trail on every EBN action
Generate, extend, cancel, reject — each is recorded with the actor and timestamp, so a checkpoint query or a GST audit has a clean trail.

Frequently asked questions
When is an e-Way Bill required for construction?
An e-Way Bill is required for the movement of goods worth ₹50,000 or more, inter-state and (in most states) intra-state. The threshold is turnover-independent, so even a small builder moving a ₹50,000+ consignment of steel or cement needs one. A few states allow a higher intra-state limit (up to ₹1,00,000) — Rebaar flags the movement either way.
Does Rebaar generate e-Way Bills automatically?
Rebaar builds the e-Way Bill payload from the delivery note / invoice and, when your NIC or GSP credentials are connected, POSTs to the portal and stores the signed EBN and validity on the record. You confirm vehicle and transporter details; Rebaar handles the rest.
Do I need my own NIC / GSP credentials?
Yes — Rebaar uses a bring-your-own-credentials model. Connect your own NIC or GSP account in Settings → Integrations. There is no per-document fee from us and no pooled keys. Without credentials Rebaar produces a local hash so development and testing keep working, but a hash EBN is not valid to move real goods.
Can I update the vehicle number after generating the bill?
Yes. Part-B lets you update the conveyance / vehicle number against the same EBN for a change of vehicle or trans-shipment mid-transit — so the document matches the truck at a checkpoint.
Can I extend or cancel an e-Way Bill?
Yes — extend the validity when a delivery is delayed, and cancel within the window the NIC portal allows. Rebaar surfaces those time windows so you act before they close.
Has the e-Way Bill flow been tested against a real system?
Yes — the full lifecycle (generate, Part-B, extend, cancel, consolidated) has been validated end-to-end against a live GSP sandbox. In production it runs on your own NIC / GSP credentials.
