Construction project management software for Indian sites
Daily progress reports with photos, RFIs, NCRs, punch lists, submittals, safety incidents, toolbox talks, equipment utilisation — every site record on one timeline.
14-day free trial · Cancel anytime · GST-native from day one
A modern construction site generates dozens of records a day: daily progress, RFIs from the consultant, NCRs from the QA inspector, punch-list items from the client walk-through, safety incidents, toolbox-talk attendance, equipment hours. Rebaar unifies them on one project timeline with role-based visibility.
What you actually get
Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with photos
Site engineer logs daily progress against BOQ lines, attaches photos, notes weather/manpower/equipment. PMs review on the same timeline. Photos compress client-side and upload in the background.
RFIs, NCRs, submittals
Numbered RFI from consultant, NCR from QA, submittal from contractor — all tracked with status, assignee, due date, and the linked drawing/spec.
Punch lists with client sign-off
Walk-through punch list — items, photos, responsible party, target date. Client portal for owner sign-off without giving them a Rebaar login.
Safety incidents & toolbox talks
Near-miss, first-aid, lost-time-injury logging with photos and witness statements. Toolbox-talk attendance with worker signatures. Compliance reports for safety audits.
Equipment tracking
Owned vs rented machines, hour-meter logging, utilisation against 60% break-even threshold, rental return alerts before extra charges kick in.
Phase / milestone / WBS
Break the project into phases (excavation, foundation, structure, MEP, finishes, handover). Each phase has milestones tied to invoicing. Gantt view shows where you are vs plan.
Role-based visibility
Owner sees everything. PM sees their projects. Site engineer sees daily ops. Accountant sees money flows. Client sees only what you choose to share.
Push notifications + 7am IST daily digest
Web push for important events (RFI assigned, milestone hit, NCR raised). 7am daily digest summarises everything scheduled for the day per user.

Frequently asked questions
Can site engineers use Rebaar on a phone?
Yes. Rebaar is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — works in Chrome/Safari on any phone. Add to home screen for an app-like experience. Daily progress, photos, RFIs all work on mobile.
Is there a native Android app?
Not yet — we ship as PWA which covers the same use cases. A native app is on the roadmap for site users who need offline-first workflows.
Can the client see what's happening on their project?
Yes, via the client-signoff portal: token-authenticated link, no Rebaar login needed. You control what they see — typically milestones, photos, RA bills, punch-list status. Sensitive data (vendor margins, payroll) stays internal.
How does Rebaar handle RFIs?
RFIs get a project-scoped sequential number (RFI-001, RFI-002...), are assigned to a responder with a due date, carry an attached drawing or spec reference, and notify by email/push when overdue. Closed RFIs stay searchable for audit.
What about NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)?
NCRs are first-class records: defect description, severity, responsible party, target close date, photographs, root cause, corrective action. Useful for ISO 9001 audits and quality reviews.
How are punch lists handled at handover?
During final walk-through, the PM creates a punch list with items, owners, target dates, and photos. Each item flips through Open → In Progress → Resolved. Client signs off on the resolved items via the client portal (or print + sign).
Can I integrate with WhatsApp?
Outbound WhatsApp Business send is wired — invoice reminders, milestone notifications, RA-bill PDF send. Inbound (WhatsApp → Rebaar) is not yet available; we recommend keeping critical communications inside the app for the audit trail.
How does the daily digest work?
Every day at 7am IST, each user receives a personalised email + web push notification with: their meetings, tasks due today, RFIs awaiting them, NCRs to close, bills to approve, indents pending. One-click links straight into the item.
