A "construction ERP" usually means ten disconnected modules duct-taped together. Rebaar is one codebase, one schema, one workspace — everything from BOQ estimation to payroll EPF/ESI computation reads from the same project. No CSV exports between modules, no double entry, no end-of-month reconciliation party.

What you actually get

Projects, phases, BOQs, change orders
Multi-project hierarchy with phases, BOQs, rate libraries, change orders with approval chains, milestones tied to invoicing. Quote → contract → BOQ → bill flows in one chain.
GST billing, e-Invoice, e-Way Bill
IRN generation, GSTR-1/3B exports, e-Way Bill for inter-state movements. Bring-your-own GSP credentials — no per-document caps, no pooled keys.
Accounts payable: vendor bills + GRN + 3-way match
PO → GRN → vendor bill 3-way match prevents over-payment. Payment vouchers as PDF. Vendor balance and ageing in real time.
Material indents, inventory, transfers
Site engineer raises an indent, PM approves, store issues, inventory decrements atomically. Transfers between projects keep the books straight.
Payroll with EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS
Statutory payroll done right: EPF capped at ₹15k PF wage, ESI threshold at ₹21k, PT slabs for KA/MH/TN/WB, TDS 194C/J/I/Q. Salary slip PDF + email distribution.
Equipment & rental tracking
Owned vs rented machines, utilisation reports (60% break-even threshold), rental return alerts, hour-meter logging. Stops idle hires bleeding the project.
Real-time P&L and cashflow
Project-level + workspace-level P&L, cashflow forecast, GST liability projection. Owners see the whole picture; PMs see their site; accountant sees the ledger.
Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks export
Push to Tally XML, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online. Your CA keeps their workflow; you don't do double entry.

Frequently asked questions

What does a construction ERP do?
A construction ERP unifies project management, BOQ/estimation, procurement (PO/GRN/vendor bills), inventory, payroll, equipment, finance (GST, TDS, GSTR filings), and reporting into one system. The goal is one record per transaction across operations and books — no Excel between modules.
Is Rebaar a true ERP or just a billing tool?
Rebaar covers projects → BOQ → procurement → site operations → billing → payroll → finance in one codebase. It is positioned as a construction ERP for Indian SMBs (10–200 employees, ₹2 Cr – ₹100 Cr annual revenue) rather than enterprise EPCs.
Can it replace Tally?
For most SMBs, yes — Rebaar handles the journal, GST returns, and TDS. If your CA strongly prefers Tally, Rebaar exports the day-book in Tally XML format so they keep their workflow. Most customers eventually move the ledger fully into Rebaar after Q2.
How does pricing work?
Per-workspace pricing (not per-user). Starter ₹5,500/month covers up to 5 users; Growth ₹12,500/month covers up to 20 and adds accounts payable, indents, statutory payroll, multi-currency; Scale ₹25,500/month is unlimited. 14-day free trial. ₹5,500/month per workspace on Starter, 14-day free trial. Pricing on the /pricing page.
Does Rebaar work offline?
Rebaar is a Progressive Web App. Core read screens cache for offline access (useful at sites with patchy mobile reception). Mutations (creating invoices, etc.) require connectivity by design — money operations need a server-side audit trail.
Can I import data from my old system?
Yes. CSV import for clients, vendors, BOQ items, employees. For ongoing invoices/bills mid-year, we recommend taking opening balances as of 1 April (start of FY) for the cleanest cutover.
Is my data secure?
Workspace isolation is enforced at the query layer — every database read is scoped to the owning workspace, no exceptions. Secrets (OAuth tokens, GSP credentials) are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. Sessions are HTTP-only cookies with same-site protection, optional IP binding for admin sessions, and TOTP step-up for destructive operations.
Who is Rebaar for?
Indian construction SMBs: builders, contractors, civil engineers, interior contractors, architects with a build practice. The sweet spot is 10–200 employees and 2–50 simultaneous projects. Below that, you can use Excel; above that, you probably need a customised enterprise ERP.

One ERP. One workspace. One source of truth.
